BarkleyOKRP has launched Tell Me Everything with Katy Hornaday, a new limited-series advertising podcast featuring candid conversations with industry leaders about leadership, agency culture, decision-making, and the future of the advertising industry.
The podcast, hosted by CEO Katy Hornaday, debuts March 17 with Kristen Cavallo and explores the honest, unscripted realities of modern marketing leadership at a time when technology, economics, and culture are reshaping the business.
“I wanted to create a space where leaders could talk honestly about the real decisions behind the title: the pressure, the trade-offs, and what it takes to lead when the path forward isn’t always obvious,” Hornaday said.
